Genex currently has one of the largest networks of collection facilities, with over 3000 locations in the United States, 550 locations in Canada, and hundreds of cities worldwide. Most of Genex's facilities are wheelchair accessible. All sites are fully trained and equipped with Genex's chain-of-custody collection supplies, including Polaroid cameras and fingerprinting materials.

Mobile Service Available
For patients who are unable to attend an appointment at one of our facilities, the Genex Mobile Service Team is able to collect samples in most regions in the US. In some remote communities, a chain-of-custody collection package is sent to the patient's family physician for collection. In the event that a patient is situated in a remote community without a hospital, nursing station, or medical clinic, Genex is able to send mobile service staff from the closed mobile service station to perform sample collection.

All Genex collection sites are staffed by skilled medical professionals (nurses, phlebotomists, physicians) who are trained to perform chain-0f-custody specimen collection using Genex's strict protocols and guidelines. Genex currently works alongside hospital laboratories, medical clinics and private clinical laboratories for efficient specimen collection. Genex has ongoing specimen collection service contracts with most major phlebotomy clinics.
