All samples are delivered immediately after sample collection by express courier using an internationally recognized courier company. Samples are shipped to the laboratory in sealed, tamper-proof containers together with chain of custody documentation. Genex currently is in contract with world recognized couriers to safely and securely deliver specimens from all of its specimen collection sites across the country directly to the Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory of Genex Diagnostics for analysis. Genex also has contract agreements with international couriers for delivery of samples from overseas. Genex ensures that regardless of where the samples are collected, the integrity of the sample is maintained during delivery.
