Accreditation: A Guarantee of Quality Assurance

Genex is a DNA testing laboratory which provides DNA services for legal purposes, including civil, criminal, or immigration court hearing or trials, and for Immigration, Vital Statistics, Legal Aid, and Family Maintenance or Support Programs.

All DNA tests performed by Genex are performed in accordance with quality standards described in Genex's Quality Manual which represents the foundation of Genex's Quality System and complies with the international standards set forth in CAN-P-4D, ISO 17025 and the Parentage Testing Standards of the American Association of Blood Banks.

Personnel in Genex who are involved in activities that affect quality understand and follow the Quality System of Genex's Quality Manual and how it relates to his/her personal responsibilities within the laboratory.

The Quality System at Genex Diagnostics is composed of internal and external proficiency testing and accreditation processes. The testing laboratory is accredited to ISO 17025 for DNA testing, accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks for Parentage Testing and is a participant of the College of American Pathologist Paternity Testing Proficiency Program.
