Negative SNP Marker

When refering to mtDNA, refers to single locations in the mtDNA which are the same as CRS. If someone is negative for 16223, that means that at location 16223 of the mtDNA, their marker is the same as CRS. When refering to Y-DNA, refers to SNP markers which the same as the ancestral type.
