Deliverable Items
The standard report will provide three parts. Upon completion of the requested Casework, the following items will be submitted:

Cover Letter Summarizing the Findings of the DNA Paternity Test
The cover letter provides a statement which summarizes the conclusions of the DNA paternity test results. The letter will either state that the alleged father has been excluded as the biological father of the child, and that the probability of paternity is 0% for paternity exclusions; or the letter will state that the father cannot be excluded as the biological father of the child, and that the probability of paternity is greater than 99.99% for paternity inclusions.

Signed Comprehensive Results Document
The second part of the results package will be a comprehensive report which provides a detailed list of all tested loci, their corresponding alleles, collection date and location, receiving date, as well as all paternity indices, the combined paternity index, and the probability of paternity. A results interpretation sheet and glossary of terms is also included and provides step-by-step instructions to help the reader to understand exactly how the conclusions of the DNA paternity test were obtained.
